From Walter Birt:

Daniel Larlee built his home where the CPR vaiduct Is.  When the track was built, he moved his home down town. In 1977 It was Harold Pirie's home.  Daniel ran a carding and wool mill at the mouth of the Hudd Brook, near the store of his brother Elijah.  He also ran a ferry across the river to the Beveridge Wharf at Andover.

The Manly Craig ms says that both Daniel and Huldah are buried In Larlee Creek Cemetery; they had no children, but adopted Carrier Herbert
